Tonight we came into finish the job that we frankly should have done Sunday night *blush*. However, we had a fresh night with a fresh crew that was ready to kick butt: we tore through the fight very early in the night, redeeming ourselves by giving us a good chunk of our remaining hours for the rest of the raid session to move on to….

After a heartbreaking 10% wipe in Phase 3 last week on Reliquary we vowed to get him down for sure this week and so we did earlier tonight! Fast-forward another hour and we’ve cleared Shahraz trash and finally got to make use of the hard work and big money we put into getting our Shadow-Resist gear done. The effort paid off and we can scratch off another two Black Temple bosses! We now stand at 7/9, only 2 more to go.

One night, one kill! After a heart-breaking 4% wipe we got down to business and killed him on the *last* possible attempt for the night (last night’s Gorefiend all over again). I thought Naj’entus was hardcore healing, but this fight takes the cake. Props to everyone and MASSIVE props to our healing team, you guys did a great job. Only four bosses left and it’s game over!

For those interested, our healing composition was 2 priests (one discipline, one disc/holy hybrid), 3 holy paladins, 1 resto shaman, and 3 resto druids. Christmas break is over and we’re back in BT: Gorefiend dead on our last shot of the night on a fresh BT, not bad! We’re clearing Hyjal in one night and the lewts are building up, so we’re ready to go full steam ahead with the rest of Black Temple - only 5 more bosses left! Great job raiders and especially all our Shadow of Death’d players who did an excellent job with their constructs. Except Daghda, he fails. J/k!

That’s right, Archimonde is toasted. We’ve gone from our first kill of Kael’Thas to Hyjal clear in less than a *month*, and that’s including the Thanksgiving holiday where we were short on raiders! Great job guys, on our 3rd day of attempts we got this fucker. On to finish Black Temple and Illidan!
